On CTV Morning Live this morning, Mayor Clark indicated that “when there was a survey done, 53% of residents said they wanted to see some lower of speed limits and 47% said they didn’t.” Where is he getting these numbers from?
Two surveys were completed to obtain opinions on revising speed limits in residential areas of Saskatoon: 1) a representative survey was completed [sample size of 414]; and 2) an open public survey was available online [sample size of 14,939]. Where is the support of 53% to lower speed limits? Does he have another survey somewhere?
