Change Your Profile Picture

To show your support for me on social media, you can temporarily change your profile picture and let your friends and followers know that you will be voting for me.

Download or save the image above to your computer or mobile device. If the file tries to save with an “avif” extension, just change it to a “jpg” extension.

 

For Facebook, follow these steps to change your profile picture:

  1. Open your profile page.
  2. Click the camera icon beside your profile picture.
  3. Under Choose profile picture, select the “Cary for Mayor” image that you just downloaded. You may have to Upload Photo if the image is not displayed.
  4. Click Make temporary.
  5. Click how long you want to change it. Options may include 1 hour, 1 day or 1 week. (There may also be an option to enter a message about why you support Cary. This will be shared on your news feed.)
  6. When you are done, click Save.

 

For Twitter, follow these steps to change your profile picture:

  1. Open your profile page.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Click the camera icon on your profile picture to Add Photo.
  4. Select the “Cary for Mayor” image that you just downloaded.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. When you are done, click Save.

 

For Instagram, follow these steps to change your profile picture:

  1. Click your profile picture on the left to go to your profile.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Click Change photo.
  4. Click Upload Photo, then select the “Cary for Mayor” image to import.
